Mr. SIDDARTHA SIKDAR
Siddartha has been in senior level management positions, most recently being AVP with the Aditya Birla Group where he was involved with IT Strategy. Prior to this he was the Head of the Global R&D centre for Travelex, the world’s largest foreign exchange specialist.
He was involved in building the R&D center, setting up and scaling operations. Siddartha has been part of the ITES industry (starting with Transworks, now Aditya Birla Minacs) from its early days in India and has had many assignments including business development, operations and IT.
He has also advised foreign financial services organisations on offshore outsourcing to India . Throughout his career of 14 years he has worked across various verticals, including financial services, IT, ITES, and manufacturing. More recently he has been a business consultant for startups in India , advising them on growth and organisation building.
He earned his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 1994. He is actively involved with the IIT Kanpur Alumni.
